ALL SAINTS TIDE

ALL SAINTS  This Sunday is the Patronal Festival of Chingford All Saints, (the Old Church).  There will be an All Age Eucharist at 10am with the Rev'd Hilary Musker, speaking.  Donations to the Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Appeal will invited during the service. At Ss Peter and Paul, (the Parish Church), there is a BCP Holy Communion at 8am, an All Age Sung Eucharist at 10am with the Rector, Fr Andy, preaching on 'Everyday Saints' and Festal Evensong at 6.30 featuring music from Stanford, Elgar, and Dyson.  A full list of

TRANSFIGURATION

THE FEAST OF THE    This Sunday is the Feast of the Transfiguration.  There are morning services at  10am (Fr Andy) at Ss Peter & Paul (the Parish Church) and 10am (Fr Alan Bolding) at All Saints (the Old Church). At 6.30 there is the third and last in a series of three Summer Meditations- RECREATION a 30 minute service of music, silence, prayer, and reflection.

PATRONAL FESTIVAL THIS WEEKEND

ALL AGE SERVICE  on the FESTIVAL OF Ss PETER & PAUL Both Churches in the Parish will be celebrating this great day by exploring the stories of Ss Peter & Paul and how that connects to our own stories today.  Come and hear what brought others along. The 10am Service at Ss Peter & Paul will be an All-Age Service Eucharist with a Parade of Guides and Brownies  and music sung by the Parish Boys Choir.   Come along at 10am, bring the whole family, invite a friend, and enjoy a great time

MOTHERING SUNDAY

THIS SUNDAY Mothering Sunday This Sunday the parish takes a break from Lent and some refreshment for Mothering Sunday, remembering family life, and that God is mother as well as father to us all.  We celebrate that tender gathering love that we all can share with one another.  All are welcome and flowers will be distributed to Mums and other women in the congregations.   The principle services are a Parade Service at All Saints and a Sung Eucharist at Ss Peter and Paul at which Fr Lee Taylor will preach.  Both begin at

Epiphany Season 2018

HAPPY NEW YEAR Welcome back to Church during Epiphany Season During Epiphany the Church continues the journey from Christmas towards Easter.  It begins with Epiphany- the visitation of the Magi continuing through the Baptism of Christ, remembering the Wedding at Cana, and the calling of the disciples along the way.   This Sunday there is an All Age Eucharist at both churches with Archdeacon of West Ham leading worship at All Saints and First Communions being received at both churches. St Luke’s Tide

ST LUKE THE EVANGELIST- THIS WEEK  This Week the Parish celebrates the life and ministry of St Luke, Doctor, Painter, Author of a quarter of the New Testament. There will be Midweek Eucharists with Anointing of Holy Oil for Healing on Wednesday at 10am at All Saints, (the Old Church) and Thursday 10am at Ss Peter & Paul’s.
