MOTHERING SUNDAY

THIS SUNDAY Mothering Sunday This Sunday the parish takes a break from Lent and some refreshment for Mothering Sunday, remembering family life, and that God is mother as well as father to us all.  We celebrate that tender gathering love that we all can share with one another.  All are welcome and flowers will be distributed to Mums and other women in the congregations.   The principle services are a Parade Service at All Saints and a Sung Eucharist at Ss Peter and Paul at which Fr Lee Taylor will preach.  Both begin at

GET YOUR LENT OFF TO THE RIGHT START GET READY:   SHROVETIDE SERVICE TUESDAY 13th Feb 8PM (Parish Church) GET STARTED:  ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICES 14th Feb 10AM (Old Church) & 8PM (Parish Church)   SCHOOL SERVICES:  Luke Lowrie will be leading Collective Worship this week on Wednesday & Thursday. Year 6's will be at Church on Wednesday 1.30pm.  Parents and families welcome.
