The Resumption of Public Worship in Chingford – an update

Open Door We are pleased to announce that those who wish to gather for services in our churches to be able to do so in a socially distanced and safe manner from this Sunday, 5th July.  But, in this time of a public health crisis, our worship will be different from that we are used to. The capacity of our church buildings will be limited; we need to maintain social distancing between households as we enter, move about, and leave our churches. We require people to use hand sanitiser on entrance.

They also call upon church leaders to "have the courage to speak out so that we can make singing together in churches work within certain guidelines. "They make the point that singing in choirs does wonderful things for the mental and economic health
